Keith Brown serves as the Director of Business Development, Staffing and Consulting Services at Nuvento. Born in North Wales, Great Britain, Keith was educated in London, England and is both a veteran of the British Police Force and British Army. He is a graduate of The Royal Military School of Music as well as The London College of Music London

 

With over 25 years experience in IT, he brings to Nuvento his expertise in forging high-powered partnerships and generating new income streams for bottom-line profitability improvement. He is an entrepreneurial, multitalented senior level professional with demonstrated success in building sales and relationships across numerous vertical industries. He has a strong background in strategic planning and problem solving to designing innovative multi-million dollar programs for rapid growth and turnarounds.

Heavy experience working with Prime Tier One Vendors and VMS/MSP’s.

 

Keith has successfully lead sales and recruiting teams both in the USA as well as offshore. He was an early adapter of the off shore recruiting model utilizing it to great success.

 

Keith uses a “ Consultative Selling” approach to business, which is much more difficult than relationship selling which takes forever with no guarantees, or transactional selling which takes no time at all and rarely produces results. He undertakes a formal, staged, milestone-centric sales process which incomplete methodologies like Challenger and SPIN don’t provide. His “Baseline Selling” approach is a complete consultative sales process and methodology in one.
